Viewing Activity Body
The Activity 
pane displays a variety of information about the activity that is selected in the Inbox. The type of information that is displayed in the Activity pane depends on the type of activity (like email, phone call, task, social, etc.) selected.
The most important piece of information that is displayed in the Activity pane is the content of the activity. With social activities, rich media content in the body of the activity can also be viewed from the section. Additional information, such as the customer's email address or phone number, may also be displayed in the Activity pane depending on the activity type.
The Activity pane is disabled when a case is selected in the inbox.
Depending on the activity type, the following toolbar buttons may be available.

To view the activity details and body:

Navigate to the Activity
pane. Here you can view the details of the activity and the activity body. You can also the change the priority and due date of the activity.
