Classifying Activities

To manually classify an activity:
  1. Select an activity in the Inbox and navigate to the Activity   pane.

  2. Under the Activity Details tab, scroll down to the Classifications section.

  3. Click the Add  button.  

    The section expands, displaying both available and selected categories and resolution codes for the activity. You can expand the nodes in the tree to view categories and resolution codes or you can run a search if you know the name of the classification you need.

  4. Select the category or resolution code that you would like to assign.

  5. Repeat these steps to assign additional categories and resolution codes.

  6. Click the Save button.

Classifications added to activities also appear under the Case Details section of the Case  pane. The classifications added to different activities of the same case are all shown here.
