Viewing Audit Trail
The Audit section of the Activity pane displays the actions performed on the activity and the date and time when the action was performed. Audits are divided into two separate tables: Agents and Customers. The Agent table displays information on actions performed by agents, whereas the Customer table displays the same information for actions performed by customers.
An audit displays the following information about the selected activity:

Actor: Name of the user who has handled the activity.

Action: Action performed on the activity such as transfer of an activity.

Date: Date and the time when the action was performed.
To view the audit information:

In the Activity Details section of the Activity
pane, go to the Audit section and expand it. Here you can view the audit information. Actions taken by customers on secure messages are displayed in a second table below the first.
