Changing Call Type

To change the call type:
  • In the Call Log pane, from the Call Type field, select a call type. The customer details available in the Call Log pane change based on the call type selected. The availability of the Call Type field depends on how the Call Log screen is configured for the department.

Changes made to the customer details and the notes taken in the call log are preserved when you change the call type.
