Creating and Deleting References

References allow you to organize the activities that are in your inbox in the folders that you create in the My Folders node. When you create a reference, a link is created to the activity; the activity is not moved to the folder.

Creating References

To create a reference:

1. Select an activity from the Inbox list.

2. Drag the activity to My Folders.

Deleting References

To delete a reference:

1. Select the activity you want to delete from My Folders.

2. Click the Delete button on the toolbar.
