Adding and Deleting Notes
Adding Notes
To add a note:

While working on an activity, navigate to the Activity, Case, or Customer pane. You can add notes to the activity, the case that contains the activity, or the customer tied to the activity.

Scroll down to the Notes section and click the Add button.

Type your note into the text box.

Click the Add Notes button to finalize your note.
Deleting Notes
To delete a note:

While working on an activity, navigate to the Notes section of the Activity, Case, or Customer pane.

Locate the note you want to remove and click the Delete button.
Notes can be added or deleted even after an activity has been completed.
