Linking Customers

When a calltrack activity has been created for an anonymous customer, you can link the activity to a customer that already exists in the system while handling the call.

To link an activity to a customer:
  • In the Call Log pane, click the Link Customer button. The Link Customer window opens and show the same options as are configured for the new activity shortcut used to create the activity. Follow the procedure as outlined in steps 2-4 in Creating Activities for Phone Calls.

    The Link Customer button is available when you first create a call track activity. Once you toggle away
    from the activity, the button is no longer available.

If needed, you can change the customer at a later point by using the Change Customer option from the Customer pane.
