Configuring Pull Options

As an advisor, you can pull activities from queues. Activities are pulled on the basis of individual options specified in the Advisor Desktop.

You can change your options for pulling activities only if you have the permission to change your options.

To configure your pull options:

1. In the Desktop toolbar, open the User Options menu. 

2. Click the Options button.

3. In the Options window that appears, click the Pull Options tab.

4. In the Activities To Pull First field, specify the activities to pull first. The options are:

   1. Due Latest

   2. Due Soonest

   3. Highest Priority

   4. Newest

   5. Oldest (default value)

5. In the Maximum Activities To Pull At A Time field, specify the number of activities that should be pulled at one time.

6. Now select the queues from which activities should be pulled by clicking the adjacent checkboxes. This section is disabled when the department setting Automatically Save Pull Activity Queue is set to Yes.

   

7. Click Apply.
