Searching for Articles in Solve

To search for knowledge base articles:

1. Launch the Solve portal. For more information about launching the portal, see Using Solve.

2. In the search bar, provide the search terms for the article. Suggested search terms may appear to assist you in your search, such as an article name, a topic name, a keyword, etc.

3. Select the suggested search term, press Enter on your keyboard, or click the Search icon to conduct the search.

4. From the search results, select the article you wish to view, or use the breadcrumbs to navigate back and search again.
