Viewing Stream Results Statistics

The Incoming section of the Dashboard screen displays statistics for results pulled via streams, such as the number of stream results returned in the last 14 days, actions taken for those results, and the sentiment of the stream results.

To view the search result statistics:

  1. In the Folders tree, select Social > Dashboard.

  2. In the Incoming section, the following details are displayed:

    1. Total Received: Total number of cases created.

    2. Action Taken: Total number of cases in which action was taken.

    3. No Action Taken: Total number of cases in which no action was taken.

  3. In the Trend Chart section, a graph shows the sentiment trends from the last month. The sentiments can be Positive, Negative, or Neutral.

  4. In the Stream Name section, the chart shows the sentiments from the various accounts. It also includes a list in which users can filter which accounts are included in the chart.
