Abandoned Chats
If a customer exists the chat before it is completed, it is considered to be "abandoned". There are two different notifications provided for an abandoned chat.
If the customer abandons the chat:

A pop-up notification containing the customer's name appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the Advisor Desktop.

If you are outside the Chat Inbox when the customer abandons the chat, a blinking indicator appears next to the Chat Inbox tab. This indicator will flash until you open up the Chat Inbox again.
