Setting the Status of Activities

You can change the status of the activity from the Inbox toolbar.

To set the status of an activity:
  1. In the Inbox, select the desired activity.

  2. In the Inbox toolbar, click the More button.

  3. Point to the Set Status option. Select the status you want to set. You can change the status of an activity to one of the following:

    • Pending: Select this option if there is pending work on the activity.

    • Wrap up: Make this selection if you want to continue working on the activity. For example, if you have completed sending a reply to a customer email and want to continue working on the activity select the status wrap up.

    • In Progress: Select this if you are currently working on the activity. 

This option is not available in the Chat tab of the Inbox since chat activities are real-time activities. Additionally, activities must be set to Complete in the selected activity itself via the Complete or Send & Complete button.
