Inviting Users to a Conference

To invite users to a conference:
  1. In the Chat pane, click the Conference button.

  2. From the Conference window, select the user you wish to invite. To select more than one user, hold down the CTRL key and click the names.

  3. Enter some text in the invitation text area to give the invitee some context about the current chat. When the conference invitation is delivered to the invitee's inbox, a read-only view of the entire chat transcript along with this text is displayed in the Chat pane.

  4. When the user joins the Conference, you see a system message that tell you she has joined the chat. If the other user joins in Whisper mode, the customer is not alerted of the user joining.
