Attaching Files
While responding to email messages, you can attach files that contain additional information that may relate directly or indirectly to your response.
To attach files to the message:

Click the More button in the Reply pane.

Click the Attachment option. The Attachments window opens.

Click the Browse button.

In the window that opens, browse for the file to attach to the message. Once you have located the file, select the file and click the Open button. The window closes, and the file name and path is displayed in the Attachments window. If you have the file available, you can also drag-and-drop the file directly into the window.

Click the Upload button to add the file to the list of attachments. Repeat this process to add more attachments to the activity.

When finished, click the Close or Cancel button. The Attachments window closes, and the attachments are added to the message. Once you have attached the files, the pane refreshes to update the button with the number of files you have attached. Point to the button to view the names of the attachment.
To view files that are attached to the message:

You can view the files you have attached to your reply by expanding the recipient view. Your attached files are located below the Subject line and can be downloaded from here.
To delete files that are attached to the message:

Click the More button in the Reply pane.

Click the Attachment option. The Attachments window opens.

Select the attachment you want to delete and click the Delete button.
