Inserting Greetings, Signatures, Footers, and Headers

Greetings, Signatures, Footers, and Headers are optional features that provide access to special KB articles for use in replies. If the activity belongs to a queue that has greetings, signatures, footers, or headers associated with it, the text editor toolbar has the buttons for these articles enabled and you can use them to add the content of these articles to a reply. The system may also be set up to automatically populate the reply email with the contents of the header, greeting, signature, and footer.

To insert a greeting:
  1. Click the arrow next to the Articles articles button button and from the dropdown list, select a greeting for your response.

  2. The contents of the greeting is automatically loaded in the message box.
