Designating Recipients

When you are replying to an email, the To field shows the email address from which the email will be sent. If you are sending an outbound email, the To field shows the address provided while creating the activity.

If you know the email addresses to which you have to send the email, you can type them in the To, BCC, or CC fields. By default the Reply pane includes only the To field. You can add the CC and BCC fields by changing your options.

To designate recipients of the reply:
  1. In the Reply pane, click the Expand expand icon arrow to display the From, To, CC, BCC, and Subject fields.

  2. Click the To, CC, or BCC, fields. A drop down list of the various addresses that have been used by advisors appears.

  3. You can manually parse the list of addresses and select the desired address, or you can begin typing the address and the list is filtered with your entry. From there, you can finish typing the address or select it from the shortened list of results.

  4. You can add as many recipients to the fields as necessary. If you need to remove any addresses, click the Delete button next to the entry.
