Checking Spelling

You can use the in-built spell check functionality in the system to check your responses for any spelling errors and typos.

To run the spelling checker:
  1. After you finish typing your response, click the Spell Check button in the text box toolbar.

  2. The spelling checker runs through your responses checking for errors and prompts you if it finds any. You can use the various options provided by the spelling checker to resolve the issues or add the new words to its existing database.

  3. You can also suggest words to be shared in the common dictionary or add it to your personal dictionary.

  4. When the spelling of all the words in the response has been checked, a dialog box informs you that the operation is complete.
