Sending Web Pages to Customers
During a chat session you can send web pages to customers. You can send web pages only for those chats that come through the entry points for which your administrator has enabled the page push feature.
To send a web page to the customer:

In the Chat pane, click the Page Push button.

In the Page Push window, in the Address box, type the URL of the page you want to send to the customer.
If your administrator has configured any quick links, you can use them to quickly send the web page to the customer.

Once you have provided a URL, perform one of the following:

Click the Open button to view the page you want to send. The web page opens in the pop-up window or tab in your browser.

Click the Push Page button to send the web page. The customer receives this page and views its contents.

Click the Cobrowse button to start a cobrowse session on the web page you want to push.

You can also send pages from the Visitor History pane.
Web pages blocked by an administrator cannot be sent to the customer. The blocked pages are not pushed to the customer, but can be viewed in the Advisor Desktop.
