About Site Monitors
Website Monitors are an avenue for advisors to be proactive in their interactions with customers. Instead of waiting for chat activities to come in from customers seeking assistance, advisors can go directly to the customer using the Site Monitor feature.
Advisors can track the activity of visitors to measure their eligibility for possible offers established by administrators. Website Monitors allows agents to use this information and initiate chat interactions with prospective customers. If a visitor meets all the requirements for the offer, an agent can use Website Monitors to send a chat offer to the visitor.
Only advisors with the ChatPlus license have access to Website Monitors.
